At PCE we seek to fill a void in the outdoor living market by envisioning and creating innovative and flexible outdoor living concepts. Though all our products are custom built, they are classified as attainable luxury for our customers.

Our Atlanta-based offices are attached to our warehouse to allow us a hands-on approach throughout all aspects of our product development. We are committed to utilizing high quality materials, skilled craftsmanship and strict quality control to produce our products. Warranty, Shipping & Return Information

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Patio Comfort Elements warrants that its products are free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase to the original owner for life.

This Warranty does not cover any labor, transportation costs, damage or other expenses of any kind, incurred with the sale or use of the products. A “Return Merchandise Authorization” must be obtained from Patio Comfort Elements prior to returning any product.

Shipping Information

Patio Comfort Elements does its best to ensure that your order arrives in satisfactory condition. We inspect your order prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage, it’s possible that damage may occur during shipment.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods appear to be damaged in shipment, please note it on the Bill of Lading, refuse shipment and contact us immediately. Digital photos are helpful in facilitating damage claims. If possible, please take digital photos of the packaging and damaged goods. We will assist in filing a freight damage claim on your behalf.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Bill of Lading. Shipping damage claims made more than 10 days after the receipt of products will be denied.

Returns Policy

All products are made-to-order and all sales are final except in rare circumstances. A “Return Merchandise Authorization” must be obtained from Patio Comfort Elements prior to returning any items. All products must be shipped back to Patio Comfort Elements, properly packaged so that they arrive undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Returned items must be shipped Freight Prepaid. We will not accept freight-collect shipments. Shipping charges are not refunded.
